Maja DuBrul founded her company in 2005 to provide women with high-end, wearable, stylish gemstone jewelry.
Maja’s inspiration comes from nature, the fashion industry and art which she studied and taught.
Each piece is designed with gemstones selected for their charm, importance or value. American gemstones feature predominantly. The jewelry is all handcrafted in New York City by artisans that continue the grand tradition of American jewelry manufacturing. The pieces are unique; the design and the craftsmanship intimately connected.
Maja's Austrian roots lends her designs a decidedly European and global perspective. The designs explore the intersection of the individual with culture, the problem of defining oneself in a global world, the politics of jewelry. She lives and works in Aspen Colorado, Palm Beach Florida and New York City.
