Description
The coin is an actual Piece of Eight minted in 1590 in Peru. It was recently recovered from a Spanish galleon sunk in the Yucatan. The cain is hand wrought gold to underscore the drama of the coin. It is wonderful piece of history , but it is beautiful as well. The coin can be worn with either face forward and the colors of the silver the gold and the black tarnish are a classic and elegant combination. The length should be adjust for the owner of this piece…either long or short, almost choker length. It is an interstice and tough-looking piece of jewelry, sporty and chic…great with a bathing suit.
